order here was completely fine, and so I gave Stylevana the benefit of the doubt, despite the bad reviews online. 6 days later, on the 3rd of January 2025, my parcel tracking status said 'Tracking number allocated', and so I thought foolishly, 'FINALLY, I SHOULD GET THE PACKAGE SOON!' Spoiler: I was VERY, VERY, VERY WRONG! 2 days later it updated and said 'Awaiting Customs Clearance'. Note, that this was on the 5th of January. After a week, I emailed Stylevana as there was no update, and they informed me that the parcel was still in transit?! Which I thought was odd, considering it said 'Awaiting', still though, I waited. When I emailed again, a few days later (might sound like a 'Karen', but it was the only way to get ANY information), they said the delay was on the courier's side and had filed an 'investigation' with them. Interestingly though, when I called the courier, they informed me that they had not had any physical contact with the parcel yet. So I emailed them back a few days later, saying that I was concerned that the parcel had been lost, because, well OBVIOUSLY IT WAS and asked for a refund or for them to resend me the products. Despite, going back and forth, Stylevana only continued to claim that they had filed an investigation. The last reply I got from them was on the 28th. Since then, they have not replied to ANY OF MY INQUIRIES! I AM SO FRUSTRATED, DISAPPOINTED, AND ANGRY! For reference, as of writing this, it is the 22nd of February! No tracking updates since the 5th Jan, no updates from customer service since the 28th Jan. I ordered on the 2ND OF DECEMBER! LAST! YEAR! NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
