The best hydrating toner

This is a staple for me. I can’t speak to its whitening properties but it is super hydrating. A little thick/viscous. Doesn’t break me out or irritate my skin

Lovely thicker toner, almost like an essence. When it comes to hydration it works for my normal/dryish skin great, it is an ideal hydration boost for winter.

about 8 weeks, I see huge improvement. I make sure, to always put this toner on my neck and visible chest area too, and now my face and neck are finaly the same tone, looking beautiful.
