Highly recommended to use before hot shower, bath or sauna.

1. After cleansing, place step-1 on dry nose for 15-20 minutes.
2. Remove it slowly and wipe off any blackhead or impurities from pores.

1. Immediately after 1 step, wet the nose and place step-2 sticker on nose (with dry hands).
2. After 10-15 minutes after it is completely dry - slowly and gently remove it from the edge.
