Arrived Quickly and Packed Well

Great little device. Used for the first time today (Booster) and I love it. Ordered Sat 3/5 (early morning) arrived in Metro Melbourne Wed 7/5 PM. Packed well.

the device is not working

I received my device yesterday and was initially excited to start using it. However, I encountered several issues right from the first use. Upon switching it on, the vibration was extremely weak. I tested the various modes on my skin at the maximum level but could not feel any noticeable effect, even in DC and MC modes.

o charge the device, it now no longer switches on at all. Unfortunately, all of these problems occurred on the very first day of use!
I am extremely disappointed!I hope to hear back from Customer Support. Read Less
