never recieved it nor refund

I placed an order at the beginning of November, including several items for Christmas gifts, giving it over a month to arrive. I’m at my wit's end with them; I was really excited to stick around, but unfortunately, of the four orders I placed, I received only one. I had to cancel a couple of others because they were never shipped.

mber last year, I decided to give them a second chance and also made purchases from Olive Young and Stylekorean later. But to get to the point—I never received anything. My items were shipped back to them, and I didn’t even get any notice about what was happening. Towards the end of November, I tracked my Christmas gifts and saw that everything had been returned to their warehouse. I was neither refunded nor notified.

I’ve sent over 50 emails, and it’s been two months, yet my refund still hasn’t been processed for some unknown reason. Every time, I either get an automatic reply or customer service tells me to wait. Another two weeks have passed since the last message, and I’m beyond frustrated. There are no words to describe my disappointment.

You’ve lost me as a customer. I won’t be returning, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone. Weniger lesen
