What are VANA Points?
You can accumulate VANA Points to upgrade your membership tier, unlocking exclusive benefits and the ability to redeem rewards.
VANA Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or Stylevana credit.
How to earn and use VANA Points?
For every $1 spent, you will earn 1 VANA Point.
VANA Points can be earned through various activities, including:
- Making purchases
- Subscribing to our newsletter
- Following our social media channels
- Writing product reviews
These points are essential for upgrading your membership tier and unlocking exclusive discounts and rewards. The more VANA Points you earn, the more benefits you receive as a member.
Will VANA Points be expired?
VANA Points will expire 180 days after they are earned.
How to upgrade my membership tier?
Upon earning the required VANA Points within your Tier Eligibility Period, you will be upgraded to a higher membership tier. This promotion unlocks additional privileges and benefits, enhancing your experience with the VANA Reward Club.
How to retain my membership tier?
To maintain your current membership tier, you must earn the required VANA Points within your Tier Eligibility Period.
Why am I being downgraded?
If you are unable to earn the required VANA Points to retain your current tier within your Tier Eligibility Period, you will be downgraded. The downgrade will be based on the VANA Points you have accumulated during the Tier Eligibility Period and the Minimum VANA Points Requirement for each tier.
Will my total earnings of VANA Points be deducted and affect my membership upgrade if I redeem any items using my VANA Points?
No. Membership upgrade is based on the total numbers of VANA Points earned in the tier eligible period instead of the balance of VANA Points at a specific moment.
How to check your membership tier and available coupons?
You can check your membership tier status and the numbers of VANA Points earned by visiting My Account > VANA Reward Club.
Coupons issued through any promotions or campaigns would not be found in the VANA Reward page. If you would like to check the details of these coupons, please refer to the email sent to you separately or contact our Customer Service Team.

General Terms and Conditions
- Membership tier will be reviewed with a 12-month expiry at the END DATE of your Tier Eligibility Period.
- VANA Points will expire after 180 days earned.
- There is no membership fee incurred by the enrolment of VANA Reward Club.
- VANA Points earned through purchases will be credited to a member's account after the order is dispatched.
- The total number of VANA Points acquired per order will be rounded down to the nearest integer.
- If an approved order or item is cancelled, returned or refunded, STYLEVANA reserves the right to deduct corresponding points from the member's account.
- Insurance fee, shipping fees, reshipping charges, customs fees, taxes, and payments in the form of cash coupons are ineligible for earning VANA Points.
- Membership levels will be upgraded on the following calendar day upon reaching the respective threshold for different tiers.
- Only one coupon code can be applied per purchase.
- The terms and conditions of membership coupon are as follows:
- A member must subscribe our newsletter in order to receive any membership coupon
- Membership coupon is delivered by email
- First Purchase Coupon and Birthday coupon will expire in 30 days after issued
- Anniversary Coupon and Tier Upgrade Coupons will expire in 60 days after issued
- To redeem a Coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout on our website
- Expired Coupons are void and cannot be redeemed, extended, or reissued
- Membership coupons may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts
- Customers using Guest Checkout will not be able to enjoy the benefits of VANA Reward Club.

- STYLEVANA reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify, or cancel the VANA Reward Club loyalty program at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice.
- STYLEVANA reserves the right to upgrade / downgrade / write off / suspend any VANA Reward Club membership anytime without prior notice.
